The spa pool was freezing so we couldn't even dip our feet in the pool, let alone swim so we went to use the hotel pool which was so busy and not peaceful. The hot tub was out of use. The pedicure was not a pedicure- it was a file and varnish- MISLEADING! And the afternoon tea was okay but they gave us 2 quater sandwiches for each filling so we were still hungry and had to order more food! It was overall so disappointing and an unpleasant experience. We also had to pay for robes and slippers! :(

Hi the bill was to high for what we got
The lift didn’t work we was on the top floor
The hot tub was broken this is why we booked it for the hot tub ? The pool was not working properly in the spar it was cold plus on the night time there was fighting going on for two hours in the hallway around 130 pm which was screaming and shouting going on not a good experience for us we never got a sorry from the staff
