Grace was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, made me feel at ease and so professional. I learnt a lot about Elemis products & different facials. Honestly her facial was 1 of the best I've ever had!! Soo relaxing. I'll definitely be booking Grace again and would highly recommend her. Amazing spa and delicious lunch. My only complaint is jacuzzi was broken and we weren't told on arrival. The guy told us they were re-filling it which was a lie and got our hopes up. Was really gutted about that!

Lush place. Loved the cream tea, facilities and staff! Jodie who done my facial was so lovely and professional. Only downfall I didn’t book more treatments ☹️

Phenomenal experience. Exactly what I wanted from my spa treatment. Highly recommended.

The spa area is in need of an update. It's very dark as well as it's in a basement. Would be nice if there was some relaxing music playing in the background. Changing area is tiny! Massage was really nice. Overall not bad but don't expect to be amazed.
