The staff were pleasant ad showed us where everything was. the spa facilities were good. We tried the sauna and steam room, it did not feel over crowded. The only thing that let it down was the size of the ladies changing rooms, plenty of lockers but only one shower and one toilet and not much space if more than 4 people trying to change..

The place itself seemed good. The changing rooms need enlarging and updating. We couldn’t get a locker for our things downstairs and so had to lug it them around with us until we went up to the top pool where we found two lockers. Changing rooms very tiny.
Therapists seemed very friendly & Jodie who did our treatments couldn’t have been lovelier.
Food was reasonably priced.
Would be nice to have a relaxation room downstairs that is light enough to read in.Complimentary robes would be nice.

The restaurant was modern and food was lovely but the spa area needs updating. Spa pool is quite small and not really anywhere to relax unless you went to the open pool which had lay down beds but it’s very public pool. The changing rooms even smaller.
However the massage was lovely and calming.
