Changing facilities are inadequate (too small and cramped). Only 1 shower which was filthy and smelt and the showers at the other pool were out of order. No lockers available as the few that were available could not be used (no keys, wouldn’t take coins). The whole changing area needs a major revamp.

The Sauna wasn’t very hot so had to ask someone to heat it up and we were never given a dressing gown or slippers. I would say the staff were friendly and helpful though. One thing you could do with mats outside the toilets in spa as it was a bit slippery. Spa treatments were brilliant.

Grace was amazing, she was the therapist for myself and my friend and both of us were so pleased with the service she gave us. She was friendly, welcoming and gave an incredible service, it’s the best facial I’ve ever had!
My friend was equally as pleased, claiming the best massage he’d ever had! We both left feeling restored and relaxed!

This is the third time in five years we have been to this hotel and Spa and has changed hands three times.
We love this hotel and would still return however apart from a face lift here and there and a lick of paint not much has changed this is not necessarily a bad thing but it dose look a little tired and in need of a complete overhaul especially the spa.
Their competition have done and the quality shows.
We visited three separate hotels in three days and and unfortunately west cliff came 3rd.
