When we got in the pool was very busy we were told there were no female lockers left and the jacuzzi was full with the same people the whole time we were there. The aromatherapy room was warm but only had the smells every minute or so. Steam room and sauna were full so didn’t attempt to go in. While there the womens changing room flooded and there was an issue with the pool.
Alice the therapist was great we both enjoyed our treatments.

Lisa is a lovely lady. The main reason for the slightly low score is because it was impossible to get our treatments booked so ended out having them before driving home after our 3 day break so not ideal.

Had a really great time we enjoyed our treatments and the therapists were very nice as well as the reception staff both on main reception and health club reception. Loved the swimming pool and the outdoor area but found the indoor spa area very dark and it put us off spending any time in there.

The massage and the therapist were great which is the only reason I’ve given it an ok and not a terrible. Unfortunately the spa facilities just let the place down, tiny cold pool, so many people in there so couldn’t even go in the jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, ladies changing had one shower, 2 changing cubicles and one toilet, not enough lockers and it was so cramped in there, we ended up having to shower at home. Would come back for a massage but not the spa.
