Unfortunately this experience was a little disappointing. The toilets were mouldy. The jacuzzi was out of action twice and the showers in both changing rooms were unavailable to use. The GF afternoon tea was a little disappointing. No scone and a sandwich which just had a slice of red pepper. I feel the facilities need an update. I have been to some spas where there were loungers around the pool which are much more comfy and fitting. The staff and treatments were good.

I would not recommend this hotel, I should of realised when contacting them was difficult before our visit.
The only thing you got was a towel (everything else was a fee (bathrobes, drink etc. There were not enough lockers, There was one shower and it was not working (even had it been it was too mouldy to use). The actual pool itself was cold. The lady behind the bar and the man in the spa reception were both very friendly and helpful.

Excellent venue with plenty of choice's of steam room, sauna and more. Massage with Alice was very good. One small problem, the jacuzzi was closed which we really wanted to use. Lunch in the hotel was also excellent
