On the day, all treatments were good. However, my gel nails, which i have regulary in my home town ,started to chip within days, and now 1 week later I am having to have them removed by my local therapist as they look terrible. Very, very disappointing as not cheap!

My therapist did not stop talking i wanted to relax..also.in my facial i was left with my mask on for 10mins whilst she was on her phone. I have previously had a head massage or hand massage during mask soak in time

The massage was lovely and Grace was very competent and friendly Was disappointed with the pool and jacuzzi which I thought were both on the cold side. The changing room was a very tight squeeze if more than 2 people were in there at the same time.
