Not enough private toilets and changing room was small with broken lock on door, not very clean overall. the water looked murky.

Lovely spa break, massage was nice. Pool area was crowded, no sun loungers or chairs ~ the usual! But the garden area made up for it. The staff were just lovely, so friendly and attentive. Food definitely could do with improving!

The spa treatments and facilities were good. It was the lunch side of things that let the experience down. Firstly the girl behind the bar turned her back when we provided the voucher, she then gave the voucher to her colleague. Said colleague needs to work on personal hygiene. Also took over 15 minutes to bring out a bottle of wine and glasses.
