The spa area is in need of an update. It's very dark as well as it's in a basement. Would be nice if there was some relaxing music playing in the background. Changing area is tiny! Massage was really nice. Overall not bad but don't expect to be amazed.

Excellent venue excellent treatments.
My only criticism is the changing room. Only one toilet and one shower in the ladies changing room and very cramped. Not enough lockers. Also ran out of slippers.

Whilst the massage was lovely and the different spa rooms were ok, the whole experience was not.
The changing rooms are what you would expect from a neglected public toilets. There was only 1 shower, which was mouldy And dirty, 2 changing cubicles and lots of broken lockers. The hair dryer hardly worked.
The jacuzzi was not working but they were trying to get it up and running.
The relaxation room was cold, and could have done with some subtle spa music.

The spa is not a spa it is dirty needs refurb! The room was ok not terrible but the food was horrid we had the three course meal out of 5 I’d give it a 0 the waitress was lovely infact staff were friendly but the food was yuk! I fell down on my knee as the floor was soaking wet in spa. Changing rooms terrible and jacuzzi was being cleaned it’s been broken apparently for a long long time.Best part of my stay was the massage therapist was very professional and the treatment was lovely .
