Firstly the changing room facilities were very poor. One shower, one hairdryer, one toilet. Very narrow. Had to share locker between three of us and had to go borrow a pound in reception to lock it. Pool in spa rather too cool for our liking.
My treatment, a body scrub was lovely with Lisa. She was vey knowledgeable and a great help. My friends also enjoyed their treatments. Experience rooms, sauna steam room etc were pleasant. Lunch in hotel very good. Possibly value for money.

Great Health & Spa club at the Bournemouth Westcliff Hotel. Would definitely recommend the Swedish massage. Freed up a muscle knotted right shoulder.

Grace was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, made me feel at ease and so professional. I learnt a lot about Elemis products & different facials. Honestly her facial was 1 of the best I've ever had!! Soo relaxing. I'll definitely be booking Grace again and would highly recommend her. Amazing spa and delicious lunch. My only complaint is jacuzzi was broken and we weren't told on arrival. The guy told us they were re-filling it which was a lie and got our hopes up. Was really gutted about that!
