Spa was dated, could do with a good clean. Relaxation pool was very cold and not very relaxing.
Treatments however were wonderful and cannot fault them.

We thought that the spa area of the hotel was quite run down and in need of some renovation. It didn't really look like the photos that were used to advertise it on Spa Seekers. The lighting was very low and the changing rooms very small. There were also insufficient robes available so we were not able to hire one for the day. The treatments and therapists, however, were amazing and the afternoon tea in the restaurant was really lovely. We were able to make use of the hotel gardens.

Had a fabulous overnight night stay. . Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, very comfortable with excellent facilities ....only downside the indoor poor was a little cold! Food was absolutely delicious , we will definitely be booking again ,would highly recommend this hotel .

This was such a lovely day and for a Saturday it wasn't overly busy in the spa, which was nice. Kitty at the bar was so accommodating and helpful for our group's afternoon tea and a shout out to Alice for one of the best head massages I've had. The afternoon tea was really tasty and considering there were quite a few people doing the same, was very impressed. Will be coming back for sure!
