The massage was lovely and Grace was very competent and friendly
Was disappointed with the pool and jacuzzi which I thought were both on the cold side. The changing room was a very tight squeeze if more than 2 people were in there at the same time.

The overall experience was OK but lots of snags - ladies changing rooms were bad. There is one shower and 2 changing cubicles which was definitely not enough as when I arrived there were about 10 ladies all trying to use this tiny space. The lock on one of the changing cubicles was broken as was the toilet seat. I couldn't find a free locker to put my belongings in as there was a lack of them in the ladies changing rooms and I was offered one in the main area but it was the size of a tissue box.
