Lovely massage, nice friendly therapist. Unfortunately they don't give gowns or slippers to use. The changing areas were dirty and need an update, didn't feel special. There were very few relaxing chairs round the pool area. The indoor pool was very dark. The outdoor pool was a good temperature and although the changing rooms were dirty the pool area was clean

Good facilities, we used the gym, pool, jacuzzi had treatments and afternoon tea. Staff were very friendly. Changing rooms are a bit dated.

Spa facilities good. Steak dinner was fabulous. Room was dated but clean and bed was big and comfortable. Alice in spa treatment was friendly and very skilled. Reception area staff were lovely. However £12 to park in the hotel car park is very cheeky. We managed to park in the road nearer the hotel door for free!
