The venue was dirty, except the treatment rooms. The therapists were amazing and that is the only saving grace.
Disappointing introduction on arrival started with Unfortunately , instead of hello and welcome. this theme continued throughout our stay.
changing room disgusting level of cleanliness in covid. No facilities to dry your hands after using the toilet. toilet seat hanging off and the toilet bowl was actually mouldy.
I think I was charged too much at £90 pounds a person for what I got.

Where do I start:
The spa was way too busy for the amount of spa packages booked.
The changing rooms were dirty and no room couldn’t even get a locker
No robes as the laundry delivery hadn’t arrived
The glass doors in the aromatherapy room was grimy
The whole spa needed a deep clean
As for the repair man near the sauna made you feel a bit self conscious
