Spa is dirty and quite old.
The ladies changing room is difficult to use when busy and shower cubicle tiny & a little gross.
It all needs a bit of an update, it’s all very run down.
The relaxation lounge was plain, just sun loungers in there! Very odd. Not very inviting.

Had a spa day including four treatments, all with Grace - Massage, Facial, Mani, Pedi. The receptionist was friendly, the heat rooms/pool lovely, and Grace was great - really knew her stuff and very friendly. I had an injury to my ribs and for the Swedish Massage, she was extra careful and I never felt any discomfort. I also had a lovely afternoon tea at the hotel, which rounded off a great experience. Would suggest better changing facilities are needed, but apparently the spa know this.
