The spa facilities were only adequate compared to other venues we have attended. The changing rooms were very small, dirty and require a makeover immediately.
The relaxation rooms had no music and was cold rather than heated beds etc. The steam room confused 90% of the guests by not having instructions on how to turn it on.
We were promised robes that never arrived by 11.30 which I find hilarious that the delivery of fresh robes don’t arrive before the spa opens.

The Spa is located in the hotel basement and feels a little claustrophobic. The spa reception, basement swimming pool, and the ladies toilets/changing rooms are all in need of a refresh.
A shame when the staff and treatments on offer are really enjoyable.
The lunch menu in the restaurant is limited in choice and unexciting.

Was nice and relaxing used the steam room pool but could not use jacuzzi as there was a group of 6 that came in the same time we waited a while but they where not getting out soon so was a bit disappointed
