Spa was extensive, but where it had been busy, changing rooms were unkempt, towels dropped all over the place and not picked up. Rubbish discarded and was just left. My manicure was poor it was a file and polish, i could have done better myself and it would have lasted longer as all started peeling less than 2 hours later. When we wemt to spa next morning it was a much better experience as 1st thing was quiet and clean.

Alice was incredible, absolutely amazing. Back massage freed up knots on a specific area I advised her of. Indian Head Massage sent me to sleep which is a compliment in itself. Facial was so good made my face feel completely invigorated.

The treatments were very good, however the facilities looked very tired and may need upgrading.
My husband's message booking got cancelled but rebooked at 5 pm whilst mine was at 10 am. However the therapist managed to see us together.
Most Spa hotels provide gowns for ease of moving from one place to another, however we were told that as we hadn't booked a premium Spa, there'll be charge of £7 each, which was disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for Spa facilities. Needs upgrading.
