Have been having treatments with Lisa for a number of years and she is always so lovely, really knowledgeable about what she is doing and makes it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience

It started with a lovely welcome from the receptionist& Spa staff, unfortunately it went down hill from there. The changing room is tiny, hair dryer broken, no hand drying facilities & the shower cubical poor. The spa area itself is ok for an hour, but not somewhere you would want to spend any longer, no loungers and dark. Our waitress at lunch had little knowledge of the menu and despite answering our Q's what we were served did not match her answers. Further customer service was non existent.

My hot stone massage was wonderful, just the right amount of pressure as I can’t tolerate a normal massage due to my fibromyalgia. My husband was again very happy with his Swedish massage. Alice is lovely and was very considerate to our needs.
