My third visit to this hotel and spa. The Hotel is lovely. Plenty of parking on the street outside and a payable car park. The spa is lovely, swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, aromatherapy room and chill out room. The treatments that we received facial, massage and luxury pedicure were all fantastic. The team are brilliant. The food was amazing, service was brilliant and the staff couldn’t do more for you. Only let down this time was the communal toilets 2 broken and not very clean.

Both girls were lovely & friendly. Both myself and my daughter had a very good facial & massage. Looking forward to the changes to increase the size of the treatment area, will definitely go again, thank you.

The therapist and massage was great but the spa changing room was dirty and there was a therapist cancellation at the last minute meaning my treatment got shortened in half so the experience of using the spa itself didn’t feel very relaxing as I couldn’t have my massage at the same time as my friend and it all felt a bit haphazard, as I booked through spa breaks I was told to go back to them to sort it out rather than the spa being able to do anything about it
