The Spa was too dark & gloomy as only had dim lighting & the slippers they gave us were dangerous to walk in on the slippery floor.The changing room was tiny & pretty grubby with an overflowing bin & a broken hairdryer. One shower & two changing rooms was not enough.One of our treatments was cancelled on arrival due to a Therapist who had rung in sick but to be fair they juggled the appointments around & managed to squeeze us in.
The lunch was very good though.

The treatment and salon were perfect however the changing rooms were dirty, the shower full of black mold. The jacuzzi had a black ring around the sides and the water was very murky. The mats on the floor at the side of the pool were dirty. However the bar and outside gardens of the hotel were splendid the staff lovely and helpful

I had actually booked a head shoulder neck massage but Lisa did a back massage which was good but not what I had booked for. Don't know what happened there.
