My facial was very relaxing and Alice took on board my skin troubles, suggesting products I could purchase that could help alleviate it. The treatment came with a discount on said products to purchase that day but unfortunately I didn't realise the time limit until it was too late. Would definitely like to return.

Lovely relaxing hotel, particularly liked the lounge/bar area by the pool. Friendly staff had a lovely time and the day flowed perfectly.

Whole day was perfect therapist was perfect new her stuff applied it with skill only thing I would say is lots dirty towels left lieing about all in all good spa afternoon tea maybe could be a little better but glutton and lactose afternoon tea very nice tasty

It was very disappointing.
Our spa day was a present and we really didn't expect to pay for parking, robes (£10) and no slippers............we had coffee and that cost an arm and a leg. So our free day wasn't actually free. We spent the day in the garden, which wasn't our expectations. The lunch was very good but everything else was very disappointing and I must admit I think we should receive compensation for all the extras we had to pay.
