The communication before our visit was excellent. On arrival at about 10.30 the sauna and steam room were not functioning and we had to ask to get them turned on. We were not provided with robes and were told this was due to ‘Covid’ However hotel guests had robes and surely towels and robes should be washed on a high temperature! The spa became very crowded. There seemed no limit on numbers. The masseuses were excellent and the afternoon tea was really lovely.

This was my second spa day and was really lovely and really worth the money.
It would of been nice to no your were working on the reception and told where we needed to go before getting there.
The reason I marked down the cleanliness was the shower in the ladies changing room smelt really bad.
And I didn’t feel I wanted to use them. (This time) I used the shower in the upstairs pool but had to unblock the plug as water was flowing over the floor.
