Went for a spa day with lunch for 2 people and it included 2 treatments.
The spa itself is a little run down and very dark. The changing rooms are very small and narrow and not that clean at all.
However, the treatments and therapists and the treatment area were fabulous. We had a massage and a facial and they were divine - highly recommend the facial.
Lunch was nice in the hotel and the bar and restaurant area is much cleaner and brighter.

There were areas of the hotel that could have been cleaner. The stairs to the spa we’re dirty and needed a good wash.
In the outside seating area there were cobwebs under the glass roof and the tables were not very clean.
The table at which we were taken to be seated inside for lunch was not particularly clean either.
On a positive note the staff were courteous, food was good.
My friend had a Swedish massage by Alice and I had a facial by Grace, both of which were excellent, thank you both.

Everything about the spa day experience was excellent especially Jodie who I can't rate highly enough. She was excellent at her job & really friendly & professional & made me & my daughter relaxed. The only slight criticism I would give is that upon checking in at the spa reception a bit more time is spent with the client showing them round & explaining things. It was our first ever spa day & were left a little confused about what to do!! Otherwise fantastic!
