This was my second spa day and was really lovely and really worth the money. It would of been nice to no your were working on the reception and told where we needed to go before getting there. The reason I marked down the cleanliness was the shower in the ladies changing room smelt really bad. And I didn’t feel I wanted to use them. (This time) I used the shower in the upstairs pool but had to unblock the plug as water was flowing over the floor.

Great time here and excellent value for money. Dinner was great and nice that they had dietary menus and alternatives. The spa was great not too busy and all you needed. The massage was amazing would highly recommend!

Treatment rooms could do with a bit of tlc especially ceilings that are water marked with lights not working/ hanging down
