It started with a lovely welcome from the receptionist& Spa staff, unfortunately it went down hill from there. The changing room is tiny, hair dryer broken, no hand drying facilities & the shower cubical poor. The spa area itself is ok for an hour, but not somewhere you would want to spend any longer, no loungers and dark. Our waitress at lunch had little knowledge of the menu and despite answering our Q's what we were served did not match her answers. Further customer service was non existent.
