My wife and me both had treatments, we were both treated like royalty, it was an excellent experience and the therapsits were fantastic, my wife suffers from ME and Fybromalgia and she said that the therapist was so understanding, we can't thank you all enough

The communication before our visit was excellent. On arrival at about 10.30 the sauna and steam room were not functioning and we had to ask to get them turned on. We were not provided with robes and were told this was due to ‘Covid’ However hotel guests had robes and surely towels and robes should be washed on a high temperature! The spa became very crowded. There seemed no limit on numbers. The masseuses were excellent and the afternoon tea was really lovely.
