Beautiful hotel. The spa seemed a bit small at first. But was absolutely amazing. The only let down was the ladies changing room it was very narrow and dated and the shower. Wasn’t but looked awful and diingy
The staff and the service and the food was excellent. My facial was to die for and the massage was ok but felt hurried so I didn’t relax to my potential My friend and I thoroughly recommend it and will go back again

Firstly online it said robes were part of the package but when I asked, there was a £6 charge that I was unaware of!
As someone with restricted mobility with my legs, I found the stairs difficult to navigate every time I needed to go upstairs; for swimming, afternoon tea or relaxing.
I hurt my leg getting into the jacuzzi as steps are not visible in it and I tried to go in backwards and there was no step and I got stuck trying to reach the bottom. I didn’t see the steps were on the side!
