The venue is great ,lovely little basement spa ,our therapist Jodie was really good ,friendly ,knowledgeable & experienced would definitely go again .only downside is communication I emailed the hotel three times as we had an afternoon tea booked with our spa day and & both have dietry requirements but didn't get a response ,also didn't get a response trying to phone ,they tried to be accommodating on the day .

Both therapists were excellent and my friend and I enjoyed the treatments. Elemis facials were great and the full body massages were too. Good value as well. The pool was lovely. The only negative was that the ladies changing rooms were a bit basic and could do with a refurbishment. Only one shower. Needs a spinner for wet costumes.
