Lovely hotel and staff just felt let down at the beginning because our booking was messed up so when we arrived we had no room . We found this stressful as we had a spa voucher and found it really hard to book . When I phoned to book I found the receptionist abrupt and rude . Eventually I was transferred to the spa and managed to book it all but clearly it still went wrong . On the day the lovely lady on receptionsoon sorted it out for us and couldn’t be more apologetic and helpful .
A family spa day that all 5 of us thought was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great relaxing massage from Jody who was such a pleasure to chat to. Thanks Jody. Our day continued with a tasty lunch in their spacious restaurant with very friendly staff.
Downside was the very small cramped changing room but I understood was having a big change in the near future.
Overall a great day and would definitely recommend.
