We had a really nice couple of hours at the spa but there was definitely a few things missing. Would have been nice to have some relaxing spa music in the aromatherapy and relaxation room and during the treatments. The aromatherapy room has no aroma so not sure if there is a fault or if it’s meant to be that way. The changing rooms are not fit for purpose, very small and dingy shower and too small. Other than that, treatments were great and steam room and sauna are great.

Spa changing rooms for men were disgusting and in need of serious repairs. Massage felt rushed, the lady was using her own phone, so the relaxing music constantly interrupted with social media notification sounds.
