The staff were very helpful,even when the spa was very busy, keeping up with monitoring and providing towels as needed. The steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi were all enjoyable. Massage was excellent and very relaxing. The afternoon tea ,as part of spa voucher, was fresh and beautifully presented and bar staff were attentive. On a busy day the ladies changing room was small with a queue for the changing cubicles, and needs more lockers, another shower and hair dryer.

Everything just looks a bit tired and in need of a bit of decorating.
We had to walk around up to pool in bare feet as no slippers available - we were told that you can’t get them. £6 for a gown was we felt very pricey.
Food choice for lunch was good.
Massage was good but only 25 minutes - the voucher purchased was for a half hour treatment.
We would not choose this venue for another spa day.

Overall experience was ok however we felt the facilities especially the ladies changing rooms were tatty and dated
Massage was good but didn’t feel it was a pedicure as she only filed and painted my nails!
