Treatment was great, Josie was very nice and friendly, spa and changing rooms could do with a good clean, also, maybe a drinks machine.

The treatments and staff were great. The spa is also lovely, it would have only been made better with some loungers in the more lit areas to be able to relax and read a book in between swimming/steam rooms

Spa felt dirty and neglected. Didn’t want to spend any time there. Was on a spa afternoon including lunch. Lunch took ages to come, never asked if everything ok. Felt like we weren’t trustworthy as asked to pay for drinks immediately, didn’t get asked if wanted any more drinks or deserts. Wouldn’t recommend hotel or go there again. Initially spa day cancelled twice, not offered anything as compensation, had to ask what they were going to do as second visit cancelled on day of visit.
