The treatments were lovely. Grace was so friendly and professional and brilliant at recommending products after finishing my facial. The only gripe we had was that the indoor pool was a bit too cold.

The staff were very helpful,even when the spa was very busy, keeping up with monitoring and providing towels as needed. The steam room, sauna, pool and jacuzzi were all enjoyable. Massage was excellent and very relaxing. The afternoon tea ,as part of spa voucher, was fresh and beautifully presented and bar staff were attentive. On a busy day the ladies changing room was small with a queue for the changing cubicles, and needs more lockers, another shower and hair dryer.
