Both therapists were excellent and my friend and I enjoyed the treatments. Elemis facials were great and the full body massages were too. Good value as well.
The pool was lovely. The only negative was that the ladies changing rooms were a bit basic and could do with a refurbishment. Only one shower. Needs a spinner for wet costumes.

The hotel is nice with great facilities and the therapist I had was very attentive and I really enjoyed my massage. We also had a cream tea which was presented very well and tasted lovely.
