On arriving at the spa I was very disappointed, the decor was tired & not very clean. Mould on tiles & in crevices. The towels & gowns were not laundered to good standard, they appeared greyish & had a few stains in them. Sun beds by the pool looked tatty & it all looked very messy. However the staff were lovely & treatments were good. We had lunch included in our spa day & the food was very good but the service let it down. There appeared to be only one waitress who seemed quite stressed.

Easy location to get to and all day parking at a great price. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. A wide range of facilities and it wasn’t too busy. Very clean and welcoming. Our treatments were beautiful with 2 lovely ladies one called Alice. Amazing food and drinks. Overall a very relaxing day will definitely be returning.
