This was my 1st ever massage at the ripe age of 76 Lisa put me at ease . Was very attentive. She was very knowledgable. Would definitely have another massage.

Apron arriving at the spa the lady’s at reception said I couldn’t have my massage due to being pregnant, I’m not pregnant and In fact had my baby 3 months ago just carrying baby weight, I’m also struggling with post natal depression so to be called pregnant when I’m not really knocked my confidence for the whole visit as I have really been struggling with my body since having my baby.

Due to staff shortages, two out of four of us couldn’t get a treatment. It was due to Jodie kindly staying late that meant two of us managed to get treatments, so we thank her for that. Everyone working there was super lovely and friendly.

The venue is great ,lovely little basement spa ,our therapist Jodie was really good ,friendly ,knowledgeable & experienced would definitely go again .only downside is communication I emailed the hotel three times as we had an afternoon tea booked with our spa day and & both have dietry requirements but didn't get a response ,also didn't get a response trying to phone ,they tried to be accommodating on the day .
