Very helpful staff with a great variety of facilities - steam room, sauna, hot tub, jacuzzi, small downstairs and large ground floor swimming pools, aromatherapy cave, relaxation room nice restaurant serving coffee, drinks a good lunch and teas.
Ground floor ladies changing rooms spacious with good size lockers showers, toilet and private changing room. Downstairs ladies changing room small with small lockers and toilet. Great facilities l would recommend this venue.

On arriving at the spa I was very disappointed, the decor was tired & not very clean. Mould on tiles & in crevices. The towels & gowns were not laundered to good standard, they appeared greyish & had a few stains in them. Sun beds by the pool looked tatty & it all looked very messy.
However the staff were lovely & treatments were good.
We had lunch included in our spa day & the food was very good but the service let it down. There appeared to be only one waitress who seemed quite stressed.
