Easy location to get to and all day parking at a great price. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. A wide range of facilities and it wasn’t too busy. Very clean and welcoming. Our treatments were beautiful with 2 lovely ladies one called Alice. Amazing food and drinks. Overall a very relaxing day will definitely be returning.

We were disappointed with the massage. There was no pressure and it felt very rushed and like the lady didn't want to be there. Her phone kept going off and there wasn't any relaxing music etc.

Alice was great, checked on pressure and made me feel at ease.
The Elemis Indian Head Massage did not involve as much of the head as I hoped - lots of neck and face. Deep tissue massage though was exactly that and did the job!
The noise from the kitchen above - banging - was off putting during something that is meant to be relaxing.
