The treatments were brilliant. Therapists very good, polite and friendly. The ladies' changing area was spars. The lock on one of the changing rooms (of which there were only 2) was broken. The space was so narrow you had to keep squeezing past people. This area was generally tired, as was the pool and jacuzzi area. We had lunch and whilst the food was good, they ran out of the cheesecake we ordered. The manager was apologetic and offered us complimentary glass of prosecco. Waiting staff OK,

I had a lady called Jodie who was excellent and made me feel very relaxed and at ease. My partner had a lady called Grace who was not so warming and needed to work on her personal skills a bit better

Lisa was the best part, the swimming pool from the spa don’t look like very clean the staff didn’t really care about the customer we need to ask everything thing we were lost …., I was expecting more…..
