The hotel rooms and spa needed updating but overall we had a good time. Food very nice and well presented. Spa treatments were great and therapist very good and knowledgeable. Would stay again but if there was a discount for future bookings we’d have booked there and then. Staff very friendly and helpful. A wonderful weekend.

Enjoyed our stay, very good location. However, they do not provide you with robes and something for your feet at the spa, which in my experience is the standard. Wish they had informed us of this prior to our visit, as I had nothing I could slip on and being by the pool with out something for the feet made me feel very unclean. The cream tea cakes and scones hadn’t been made, could of popped to tescos and done something better. I would recommend to stay but not to bother with any of the extras.

Arrived to be ignored at reception. We were then given a brisk overview of the facility.
Massage was more of a back rub where the therapist concentrated on only one side of my back. I suspect this was because the air conditioning unit was dripping on the other side of the bed.
Pool is freezing, aromatherapy room is basically a candle in the middle of the room, relaxation room is cold, steam room is good, sauna is good but door into it it tight and probably a h&s issue.
I would stay home.
