Spa was good. But could possibly be do with a refurbishment. Was a lovely day and Lunch was good too.

Went here to use a gift voucher, but sadly it wasn’t the relaxing environment we had hoped for. Extremely busy with far too many people for the small spa area. One toilet and one shower in a very small changing room, made worse by someone who was shaving their legs across the walkway in the changing room! No scent in the aromatherapy room. Not sure I would attend again or recommend to friends. Massage therapists on the other hand were excellent and an experience I would recommend in isolation.

The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful and the facilities were good. We enjoyed using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and aromatherapy room. The pool is a bit small, but has a lovely ambience and lighting. The massage was definitely the best bit. Helena was friendly and reassuring and the massage was very relaxing. I felt great afterwards. The spa day lunch was also very good. Lovely food and well prepared. Thank you for a lovely spa experience. Chrissie and Niall
