All staff were very friendly.
We both thoroughly enjoyed both of our treatments-Swedish back/ shoulder / neck massage and pedicure (big thank you to our beauty therapists).
The afternoon tea was delicious, (however you only get one drink. We were served this approx 10/15 mins before our food arrived).
Spa felt a little small at times as it did get rather busy, having said that we both had a great time, and there are plenty of choices of rooms to sit in.
Thank you all for a very relaxing day.

The massage was great and spa facilities were good including the sauna, steam room and aromatherapy room. The pool was cold. The jacuzzi was always full of people because it was so small. The bathroom for ladies was poor, it was small and narrow and only has one toilet and a tiny shower. Not ideal as there were a few ladies that day.

Elena was awful, bad massage which has caused discomfort which is resulting in needing to get physio to help with my back and shoulder. Terrible customer service and attitude. Appointment started 5mins early but she was happy to finish the treatment 10/15mins early when asked about it she was very argumentative and not apologetic. She could benefit from additional training in all departments. Treatment room might have a leak as well because there was constant dripping in there. Awful experience

The Therapist seemed a bit moody, like she didn't want to be there. The massage was mediocre, a shame because the massage in June with a different Therapist was awesome.
