Spa was nice, but needed updating. £6 charge for robe hire which was disappointing as we were booked on spa weekend.

The spa area was variable. Sauna and steam room were good. Swimming pool a little cold. Changing rooms very small and a lot of lockers out of use.
However the treatments were very good, Lisa was lovely.

it was a nice place very friendly but the hotel was a maze of corridors and you didn't know where to go
also I took a disabled lady there and the spa and therapies were down very long flight of stairs which my lsdy managed but there was nothing to say it was like this and I put her condition on the forms I sent in
