Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish all staff very friendly,helpful. Room was great. Spa lovely very relaxing. Had two treatments ladies were so lovely facial was amazing. Had breakfast afternoon tea dinner all ten out ten. Excellent value for money if in Bournmouth ever again would definitely use this hotel staff made it thank you very much.

The whole experience was brilliant, the staff were all friendly, accommodating and even though they were rushed off their feet, always took the time to check back in. The massage therapists were exception and very talented, my friend got a bonus head massage which she appreciated. We had really great food at dinner and breakfast, it was all freshly cooked and delicious, we had dinner included with our package and the selection was brilliant with the option to pay more for the more expensive items

The spa ladies’ changing rooms are very basic and small and quite shabby. Only two changing cubicles, locks on doors broken, paintwork needs attention. One shower. Very small lockers. Aromatherapy room had no detectable scent at all. There’s only one whirlpool working which I was unable to use as it was occupied all the time. There is a hotel swimming pool with much more modern changing rooms, however we had to discover it ourselves as no information was given about it on arrival at spa.
