Was their a lift available?
I found the stairs to the Spa very steep.
Receptionist was very attentive.

Jodi gave an exceptional massage and facial - loved everything!
Would have been nice to have a heated bed for the massage, but room was nice and cosy, so no deal breaker.
Lunch was fabulous and all the spa facilities were operational.
Changing area was small and compact. 2 Lockers needed for Winter to store coat and boots.
Recommend for a treat!

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. They use my favourite products Elemis. The facial was amazing. The use of the pool jacuzzi steam room sauna relaxation room and aromatherapy room just helps you to totally relax. Then up to the restaurant for afternoon tea. Another treatment booked for March 2023 for my daughters birthday.

The venue was good and clean. On our departure though there was a very strange smell through the corridor of the changing rooms and all up into the reception area upstairs, maybe coming from the drains. Had use of all facilities but to use the main swimming area we had to come from downstairs and pass through the public area of reception in our swim wear which made us feel very comfortable and avoided to do. Also we couldn't purchase a hot drink at the bar as we only had cash
