The spa had all the facilities we could have wished for, however, some were completely unusable which was a real shame. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing and we were not able to swim at all as it was so uncomfortable. The aromatherapy room had no aromas nor music or anything really, it just felt like a slightly grubby room! The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great - although the spa itself was also cold and not nice to walk around in swimming costume.

I felt the spa area was in need of a face lift. The reception area wasn’t manned. The aromatherapy cave was just heated seating. I was expecting sensual, uplifting smells. The pool water felt very cold and the jacuzzi water was murky. The relaxation room was good but it only had 6 beds.The changing rooms were very cramped with the lock on one of the cubicles broke and the toilet roll needed refilling and wasn’t done the whole time I was there.Massage felt firm and left me with bruises on my back

Overall the spa day was amazing! My therapist Lisa was great! And I am told the other therapist was just as good. The only thing that I feel let's it down is the changing rooms, they are out dated and very small but we didn't let that effect our day.
