We enjoyed our day but the spa area and changing rooms need to have a make over. We did not use the shower in the changing room as it looked very dirty and smelt of damp. Of the two changing cubicles only one has a lock on the door. The only other area to dry and change was right by the door and in front of the lockers, so you have to keep moving out of the way for other people to get it. The swimming pool was far too cold to use which was disappointing. Afternoon tea was ok but not great.

Was called early to say the boiler had broke & the pool, jacuzzi & hot tub would be colder than normal, but all other facilities hadn’t been affected. Was given complimentary parking, robes & slippers to compensate. Gentleman in the spa was very welcoming. Enjoyed the experience

I had a lovely day with my daughter relaxing in the spa area and my treatments were very good as was lunch. My only criticism would be that the changing room is very small so difficult to manoeuvre around other people at busy times.
