We were only given towels not slippers or robes. The ladies changing rooms were small, tired looking and out of the two changing cubicles only one had a workable lock. For main pool we had to go through the main lobby with just our towels on. There were only 4 ladies WC available and one was out of order. 3 breakout rooms sauna was quite small, aromatherapy room reasonable but the largest room for relaxing was cold and had 6 loungers with no cushions. Disappointing.

The service was amazing from the start. I booked a spa and afternoon tea package for myself and my mum over the phone. It was very straightforward and everything was available to me and I was able to book and pay right then.
We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The therapists were kind and we would recommend the Indian head massage. The spa itself was nice but the pool could have been warmer.
The afternoon tea was lovely and I was able to have a vegetarian option. Thanks!

Staff were amazing all across the board, guy on desk was very friendly and helpful always polite with a smile, waiters and waitresses were very attentive, polite and really good service and food. Spa staff were amazing, friendly and check in with us regularly, all over a really enjoyable weekend.
