The pool was a little cool. Hot tub was lovely, aromatherapy room was lovely to, not very aroma full but nice. Relaxing room nice and peaceful. Did not use the sauna too hot for me. Changing rooms small but ok. (You need a pound for lockers) Lunch was very nice way to finish the day. Would definitely go there again.

Friendly staff, well maintained spa facilities. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room, plunge pool, whirlpool and jacuzzi. The aromatherapy room was nice though could have had more scent. When I arrived there was only one lockable changing room but by the time I left a lock had been installed on the other door. :) The Swedish massage was very relaxing and removed a lot of tension from my upper back and neck - thank you Lisa! All in all a lovely, relaxing day for my partner and me.

My friend and I have partaken in this day experience several times, every time was fantastic - facilities, treatments, staff and lunch/afternoon tea wise. The only part that could do with improving are the ladies' changing rooms (don't know about the men's) but as we don't tend to spend much time in there it really is not a problem at all...

Treatments were really good. Wide range of facilities, mainly downstairs where it felt a bit dark and generally cave like. The fitness pool was lovely, clean and bright. Hotel area upstairs - bar reception etc was lovely very comfortable and lunch was good, All staff were friendly and very helpful. Would have a spa day here again
