Staff, treatments and lunch were all excellent, but the changing rooms in the lower pool and spa were smelly and dirty. The lockers needed £1 coins which no one had. The upstairs pool was lovely but again the changing rooms were smelly and grubby and the digital lockers didn’t work I Didn’t actually feel like using the showers.
The treatments were lovely with very professional staff.

Unfortunately, the very next day the varnish on my right hand thumb peeled off in one piece, and the other nails were starting to come off. I had to have a fresh manicure in Paris which cost 55 euros

Pool floor and all walking areas very dirty. Changing rooms messy, littered and in poor condition, mouldy and no locks on doors.
Whilst in pool area and using spa facilities, groups of workmen walking through, with dirty boots and looking into rooms to see if people in them, all whilst people using spa in their swimming wear. Very unprofessional and felt intrusive in what was meant to be a relaxing spa area.
All in all, lacks the quality of many other places I’ve been.
