A terrible venue. Old, dirty, damp and dingy. Full of mouldy smells and visible mould. No natural light. Lots if tiles off the walls and crumbling plaster. Equipment old and unusable. Our treatments were great but our booking was messed up so one massage was over two and a half hours later than the others and so we had to hang around in the dingy place for a lot longer than we wanted to. I really think somebody from your company needs to go and see it to believe it

I love that you use ELEMIS products. I use Elemis all the time. It’s a lovely atmosphere, love the fact I can also use the spa facilities although some of the rooms are looking tired could do with a spruce up.

Not best spa experience I have had staff are lovely but the whole place is very old & shabby, tiny changing room with only one toilet, generally not impressed by overall cleanliness in pool area & sauna & steam room’s & jacuzzi not working
