Lovely spa day experience. Grace was amazing. Very friendly and clearly very skilled as she managed to clear my mothers back and shoulder pain with the massage. Thank you Grace!
One little down side from my perspective is the spa pool area with hot tub facilities felt a little small on what was clearly a busy day of bookings. The glass house pool helps as alternating between two but doesn’t make up for it.

The whole experience just wasn’t relaxing
Spa reception staff really good but then the pool was full. The jacuzzi was so scummy I couldn’t find the steps in The shower we wouldn’t use The treatment rooms had no relaxing music or aromatherapy smells
The food in the restaurant was so bland we didn’t eat it
