Spa was lovely but I Wish we hadn’t paid £6 each for slippers and robes that we didn’t need at all, for a Wednesday it was busy maybe two jacuzzi’s would be better as it was popular. Female Changing rooms could do with attention. Facial was AMAZING, pedicure was good but even after an hour and a half the nail varnish still wasn’t dry and smudged on the journey home, so it had to be removed very disappointing and felt a waste of time, maybe use a uv topcoat?
Myself and my husband would have preferred a stronger massage, although Aga was good it wasn’t firm enough for either of us. Room was very tiny and felt quite claustrophobic, noise from above us as we were in the basement was quite loud which ruined the relaxing feel.
