Took a token for lockers but didn’t work, got very busy quite quickly, the main pool and hun is separated from the rest of the areas. A bit dated facilities and menu for lunch a bit limited.

The main spa area is very tired and the changing rooms leave alot to be desired. They are just plain dirty. However all the staff are lovely and so was the afternoon tea.

The spa facilities were excellent (multiple rooms, a good pool and a good sized hot tub).
In the waiting room for the spa there was only a few seats, was used a corridor and very bright. I have been in other facilities where there has been a lovely calm area with a few drinks whilst you wait/after.
The changing rooms were so small and not built for purpose which definitely soured the experience (one toilet/shower cubicle). They were also dirty (sanitary bin overflowing).
Lunch was nice.
