Grace gave me a truly relaxing massage - I fell asleep afterwards! The only downside to the whole experience was a charge of £6 for the hire of a robe which I have never come across before.

This was a premium spa day booked as a gift. 2 days before I was contacted to say treatments had to be bought forward due to staff sickness. My daughter had taken the day off and travelled a long distance. We expressed our dissatisfaction and so they phoned back and adjusted times slightly. I had to phone to request confirmation of times as 4 e mails received were incorrect. It stated we had to pay for robes which were included in premium 1 didnt have a belt. The experience was far from premium
