Great treatment- shoulder/back massage
Lovely lunch- I had the falafel burger and chips
Pool facilities were good (there was a choice when it came to relaxing including a steam room/ sauna)
Jacuzzi was nice and warm
It was busy when I visited (Easter Monday) so had to wait to use some of the facilities as expected
The changing room was quite small, there was 2 cubicles but the lock was broken on one and 1 shower
Overall myself and the person I visited with had a great day, would recommend

Good facilities, friendly staff, good food. The only recommendation i have would be for more frequent cleaning of the changing rooms and they are quite small. Treatment was lovely.

The changing facilities are not good at all. Not enough showers, toilets and hairdryers. Hardly 4 star treatment more like 1 star.
